FelloCoder provides subscription-based development and automation services. Scope is limited by the selected plan and fair-use limits.
Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation/Refund Policy.
Client Obligations
- Provide accurate information, timely feedback, and approvals.
- Ensure you have rights to materials you provide.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables are assigned to the client except pre-existing tools, libraries, and open-source components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to courts in Kochi, Kerala.
