Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription any time from your account or by emailing hello@fellocoder.com.
• Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; your current billing period remains active.

Refunds

• Due to the service nature, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Pro-rata refunds may be considered if no work has started in the new billing period.

Payment Failures & Chargebacks

Access may be suspended for unpaid invoices. Chargebacks may lead to account termination.
