Services
FelloCoder provides software development and related tech services on a subscription basis. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed per plan and task.
Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel or change your plan as per the cancellation policy. Refunds are handled as described in our Cancellation & Refunds page.
Intellectual property
Work product delivered to you under your subscription is owned by you, subject to payment. We retain no ownership of client deliverables.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant subscription period, except where prohibited by law.
